Into the Station

A monorail arrives to whizz us around the Seven Seas Lagoon back to our car.

Main Street Station

All is quiet at the station at 7am local time, just one cast member making preparations for the morning activities.

Welcome to the Magic

Bag search has moved back since we last visited and is now at the Ticket and Transportation, which removes a lot of the people from the entrance plaza on the north side of the Seven Seas Lagoon.

Good Morning

A dancing troupe were working their way up Main Street and I caught this hearty wave from one lady.

Roy and Minnie

Sitting at the top of Main Street USA, on a bench overlooking the main square and railway station, sit Roy Disney and Minnie. Both slightly damp here, after a heavy rain shower caused the cancellation of the parade this afternoon.

This girl gave me a big smile and wave as she passed us down Main Street.

Main Street USA is busy with people and balloon sellers as we look back at the castle for the final time on this holiday.

Jim in the Mirror

Meet Jim. Jim is one of the street performers in the Magic Kingdom, and we've seen him many times over the years playing the piano outside Casey's Corner, the place for hot dogs. Many a hotdog or corn dog has been consumed listening to Jim on the ivories, and he keeps young and old entertained. While I took this picture he had a young girl with him who was on the piano as well. It's the small things that make a difference.

Walt and Mickey in front of Cinderella's Castle. Nothing original about this shot, it's one of the most photographed statues in the park I'm sure. Had really trouble finding my mojo this day - my 365th - which was a concern, and this picture was one of only a few I've kept. I've taken better in the past too. Must try harder.

A brief stop outside the Big Top to watch the Main Street Philharmonic perform, Megan got lots of smiles and waves from the musicians.

The Classic Castle Shot

Everybody has taken this shot, but it never gets any less impressive. Trying hard to get a good reflection with the Castle as I stood by the bridge into Liberty Square.
