Disappointingly one of the escalators is blocked off, spoiling the symmetry of this shot - will revisit, and would like a wet pavement for this too!

Earthquake

A bit of motion as people head towards me on the Adams Plaza Bridge. A different effect for sure.

Red Cross(rail)

Looking back along the Adams Plaza Bridge towards the Crossrail Plaza and Gardens, the sky was a bit moody to say the least as a sole person walked across the Plaza.

Into The Light

Standing on the Crossrail Plaza side of the Adams Plaza Bridge this time and looking towards Canary Wharf. The City never sleeps, but by 9:30pm it's certainly getting quieter. Scored 16/20 in the BCC POTY 2016 R6 - Open.

Big Easy

BBQ and Crabshack atop Crossrail Plaza, the impressive new building part of the new Crossrail project linking east and west London.

Another new addition to Docklands is this impressive building, home to the Canary Wharf crossrail Station and a garden no less.

Escalating

X-Fighter Bridge

Another new addition to the Canary Wharf/Docklands area and quickly becoming one of the most photographed landmarks in London. Not wishing to be left out, we paid a quick visit to see what the fuss was about. Scored 17/20 in BCC POTY 2015 R6 - Open.

Bank Lights

The bright lights of Docklands burning even at 10pm. Most of them anyway, Barclays turned their sign off just as we arrived. A stiff breeze was blowing through the basin which spoiled the chance for some cool reflections this evening.

Gateway to the City

Looking through two of the Thames Barrier piers towards the O2 and Canary Wharf as the sun puts in a final appearance after a greay day. We got a bit lucky with this sunset if I'm honest, 20 mins before and it was completely cloudy!
