Aquatic Wave
Looking different to when we visited the Olympic Park in 2012 the London Aquatics Centre has lost the "wings" either side of the building and large windows now fill the gap. Probably an even more spectacular building now with no straight lines and curves visible everywhere.
Orbit Fountains
The Orbit tower in the Olympic Park is all lit up as it was in 2012, but now has much more parkland around it and this swirling performing fountain with its changing colours and water heights.
Metalwork
A close crop of Orbit, with the outer staircase visible amongst the illuminated red framework.
Below Orbit
The Orbit now has a gift and coffee shop built near it, and walking through there to a courtyard takes you almost beneath the giant structure.
The Boulevard
An area redeveloped since the Olypmics, this pathway between the river and the Orbit is stunningly lit at night. Like it!
Orbit
The sky is darkening and Orbit is beginning to illuminate alongside the Olympic Stadium, which is still deep in renovation ready for West Ham to move in.
London Aquatics Centre
The Olympic Swimming Pool has been refurbished, the large temporary wings have been removed and a graceful curved building remains.
